Small Business Eversource Program
The Small Business Energy Advantage (SBEA) program is designed to provide cost-effective, turnkey energy-saving services for small commercial and industrial electric and/or Gas customers who do not have the time, financial resources, or in-house expertise necessary to analyze and reduce their energy usage. With support from the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund, you now have the financial assistance and expert guidance that will enable you to determine your energy future by making decisions based on efficient technology.

How Can You Benefit From This?

Commercial and industrial customers with an average 12-month peak demand between 10 and 200 kW for Utility customers.

The Process:

When you reach out with an interest in the Small Business Energy Solutions program we will walk you through the program process and explain all available incentives and benefits. We will also discuss your goals to ensure that the upgrades enhance your business operations and improve the look and feel of your environment. With your approval, we will schedule a date to perform a cost-free energy assessment of your building or office space.

Our knowledgeable certified energy efficiency experts will arrive on the scheduled date to assess your location and answer any questions you may have. The time needed to perform the assessment varies, but can usually be completed in less than an hour. We will look at potential lighting upgrades, refrigeration controls, heating and cooling controls and HVAC systems.
Our Energy Expert will conduct an energy assessment of your facility at FOR FREE. Upon approval by your utility, we will present a proposal to you. This proposal will include all applicable energy efficiency measures, the complete costs and estimated energy savings, along with available SBEA program incentives and financing options.

             -Duct Sealing
             -Duct Insulation
                   -Boiler Controls
                   -Process Oriented Measures

Once signed, your project will begin within 30 days. The Energy Efficiency Fund’s SBEA program incentives will offset a portion of the cost of all eligible measures.

Interest-free financing for the balance of the project is available for qualified customers.

Following the installation, PTE Energy will perform a walk-through of the facility with you to ensure to answer any additional questions you may ensure your complete satisfaction. All work is has a warranty minimum of 1 year.
